The HospitalityArea

The RCF Arena Reggio Emilia Hospitality Area – dedicated to entertainment, services and catering during the major events – can also be used from March to November, for the organisation of minor outdoor events of local interest, managed by C.Volo, during periods in which no major performances are scheduled: exhibitions, encounters and entertainment activities, small concerts, fairs, gatherings, street food events, etc…

A flexible, customisable area

The Hospitality Area, which can be used for the organisation of minor events by C.Volo, comprises the equipped boulevard, lined with areas for the set-up of light, temporary structures for services, entertainment and catering, with modular options to meet different needs. The Hospitality Area is also available for the organisation of niche events, with a capacity of around 20,000 per event.

Management of minor events

Minor events and the related services in the Hospitality Area are managed by C.Volo, which for operative activities may also use the services of Smart Group S.c.a.r.l., composed of 10 companies specialised in marketing and communication, stand design and construction, events organisation and fundraising.
